At ShiftMindResume, we offer a one-time payment of $1.99 to access our premium resume customization and download service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund of $1.99 under the following circumstances:
- You were charged but were unable to access or download your resume due to a technical error on our end.
- You were charged more than once for the same service.
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You have successfully downloaded or accessed your resume.
- You changed your mind after completing the payment.
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the payment date.
- The issue was caused by your own device, browser, or internet connection.
